Who we are
Urban Solutions Limited, 117–125 St Georges Bay Road, Parnell, Auckland 1052. You can reach us atinfo@urbansolutions.co.nz or 09 377 2332.
What we collect
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive what you send: your name, organisation, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message. We use it to reply to you and, if you become a client, to run the engagement. We do not sell it or use it for marketing lists.
Contact form
The form is protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser (not who you are) when the page loads; Cloudflare sees your IP address and browser details to do this. Your message is then passed through a small Cloudflare service straight to our Microsoft 365 mailbox; nothing is stored along the way. [Link to Cloudflare's privacy policy.]
Fonts
The site loads two typefaces from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google, which sees your IP address and browser details in that request. [If the fonts are later self-hosted, delete this section.]
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. [Revise if analytics are added.] Our hosting provider, AWS Amplify, keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and performance purposes.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. Email info@urbansolutions.co.nz. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.
